Ordered Haier HUM013EA unit from Amazon.com and received two days earlier than recommended-great delivery times. Like others who have suffered with this same freezer we received the damaged. The lower left corner in the back has a crushed and while the damage does not seem to prevent freezer work (they had the operation, now, about three hours) we do not properly ask for a replacement unless something is not working after a few days of operation. I wish Amazon is the root problem of these compact freezers damaged during shipping or before shipping. The T'stat adjustable to control the freezer is welcomed and we look forward to use the freezer in our camper.
